Service outages

Information about planned and unplanned outages to power and district heating supplies is available here. If you know about an outage that is not shown on the map, please submit a fault report.

Report an outage

Are you experiencing a power or district heating outage that is not planned? Please call 063-14 92 00, open 24 hours, to report faults. However, before you call, please check a few things first.

Power outage

  1. Make sure it is not due to a blown fuse. Check the fuses in your electricity box and in your electricity meter.
  2. Check that your residual-current circuit breaker has not tripped.
  3. Check whether your neighbours have power or not.

District heating outage

  1. Check that there is nothing wrong with your district heating unit. Read the manual for your district heating unit Read the manual for your district heating unit (in Swedish).

If you cannot find the fault yourself, call us on 063-14 92 00 and report it. 

Compensation for power outages

You are entitled to compensation for power outages that last longer than twelve hours. The size of the compensation depends on how long the outage lasted and your annual grid costs.

You do not need to contact us to demand compensation, it is paid to affected customers via their invoices.
